On the ground floor there are two cellars. A two-room flat, which needs partial renovation (hydraulic and electric system and condensing boiler already installed), consisting of small living area, bedroom and bathroom is on the first floor.
On the second floor, with separate entrance, we find a completely renovated two-room flat consisting of the living area with exit to the large terrace with lake view. The internal spiral staircase leads us to the third floor where we find the bedroom and the bathroom, both with a balcony.
